CMO Quarterly Report- Online & New Entertainment Advertising

As part of our 2015 Marketing Department plan, MGE is now directing Marketing Fund dollars toward online advertising, driving geographically and demographically targeted customers directly to “your” respective websites. Put more simply, MGE is advertising for you in your markets, adding yet another layer to your existing efforts without your having to even think about it! We have integrated the newest cutting edge ad tech from Google into our website. Instead of merely placing ads on a specific site or publication, we can target individual users matching a customer profile we control – YOUR customer profile! With this new technology, our impressions, budget, and ads are not wasted. Instead, they are served only to customers with children living within a couple of miles of each of your gyms. Example: High quality image ads on websites, mobile sites, and even apps and games SUMMARY OF RESULTS To date (as of March 30th), we have achieved over 4 million impressions and over 7,700 clicks at a cost of approximately $7,000. Kidpower Safety Minute Update

We’re excited to see our gyms contributing to child safety and protection by educating our members with the Kidpower Safety Minute each week.  We believe that the mission and message of Kidpower is very important and that we, as the leading experts in child development, have a crucial role to play in teaching our members, both children and parents, how to be safe.  With bullying and child abuse on the rise, My Gym can and should address these issues with our members, as we make our contribution to Kidpower’s efforts to fulfill the “One Million Safer Kids” mission.  With that said, we want to ensure that the message is presented by our staff in an authentic and meaningful way.  We would not want our teachers or parents to feel uncomfortable with the lessons being delivered. We understand that it can be difficult at times to speak to children and parents about child safety, so we have decided to remove the minutes from Little Bundles through Terrific Tots until further...

Kidpower Safety Minutes in your Gym!

Over the last few weeks, we have been getting our members excited for the launch of the “Kidpower Safety Minute” in our curriculum by making announcements and passing out flyers.  We have prepared our staff by showing them an informative video about the organization as well as a sample of a “Kidpower Safety Minute” in a class.  This week you’ll notice the “Kidpower Safety Minute” written into our curriculum at the end of each class.  The minutes are age-appropriate 1-2 minute lessons, skills, tips, puppet shows, songs, or discussions geared toward teaching our members the importance of staying safe.  Just as with all of our ingredients, the minute will change each week for each class. Please review the minutes thoroughly with all staff during the curriculum review portion of your weekly staff meeting each week.  As always, if you have any questions, please contact the support team at support@mygym.com....

Exact Target Log In & Authentication

If you have tried to log into Exact Target recently, you have probably been met with an Authentication Code screen. You then request a code, but it never comes. Certain email providers are known to be strict with allowing these types of auto-generated emails to be delivered, which can certainly be frustrating. We are working with Exact Target on ways to ensure delivery of codes, but in the meantime, the best thing to do is to have your IP address whitelisted. This eliminates the need for a code completely. You might have whitelisted your IP address in the past, but they are sometimes dynamic, which means they can change slightly. Please send your current IP address (for all locations where you might log into ET including home and gym) to mperez@mygym.com. You can find yours by visiting www.whatismyip.com. We will enter it as a wider range to allow for these small changes that dynamic IPs might make. If you are successfully logged in and would like to add other...
