Users can now access and create accounts to schedule guest classes, enroll in specific classes, book birthday parties, and update their account information. Your currently enrolled members will soon have the ability to schedule make-ups online as well. This new feature will not only free up valuable admin time but will also generate new business. We began testing MGM’s Client Interface (CI) in early August. The test phase went extremely well and concluded with 17 test gyms. Every gym saw activity during the test phase, with some bookings occurring within the first few hours of going live. MGM’s CI is available only on the 2.0 Version. Any remaining 1.0 users are urged to contact Marissa at msanchez@mygym.com to schedule the transition date ASAP. Most gyms do not experience any downtime during the transition. Until today, ShopMyGym had an order minimum of $250 for theme party packs, which could be met by purchasing 11 theme party packs for $23.29 each. However, some gyms asked us to reduce the minimum so they could balance their inventory without having to order 11 packs every time. To accommodate this request, we reduced the minimum to just two individual theme party packs per order. Now the price is $25.88 per pack, but gyms can still pay just $23.29 per pack if they purchase 11 or more packs by receiving a 10% discount that will automatically be applied at checkout. You can order any combination of theme packs to meet these minimum order quantities. We still recommend that each gym stock at least 2 packs for each of the 6 themes at all times and utilize the new lower order minimum to help them balance their inventory whenever they book a couple of theme parties.
