We’re excited to announce that the Monthly Operational To-Do Lists have received a full refresh and have been moved to a new location. These lists contain the highest-priority actions for ensuring your gym is safe, well-trained, and delivering high-quality programming every single month. With this update, we’ve made these items more accessible, actionable, and streamlined so you can pull, delegate, complete, and stay consistent with the tasks that matter most. ✨ What’s New The list has a new format with clear action bullets and sub-bullets for easy skimming and delegation. You’ll have easy access and increased functionality through Google Docs. Note: The OTD will no longer be housed in MGM starting November 2025. We are excited to announce that our new website redesign is finally launching this Sunday! There’s no sugarcoating it; for a variety of reasons, it has taken us a while to finally release the design we teased back in 2023. Thank you for your patience while we worked this out. We hope you enjoy the new look! There will be no major effect on MGM, and the front-end website should be down for only 5-10 minutes. We’re so excited to roll out My Gym’s brand-new Achievement Program, designed to help families see, feel, and celebrate the incredible growth happening in every class! The program will launch in two phases: Phase 1: Parent Participation Classes (that’s what we’re kicking off in September!) – focus on parent education. Phase 2: Independent Classes – coming soon, with a focus on the individual child. So what’s this all about? 🤔The Achievement Program was created to: Enhance our curriculum and give it even more purpose and flow. Help parents understand the “why” behind what we do in class. Celebrate kids’ hard work, progress, and participation. Strengthen retention as families grow with us. The following is an update to the safety announcement released on July 2, 2025: It has been determined that the repetitive use of the Merry-Go-Round swing (and perhaps the Tire swing) on the same swing support system strap has likely caused irreparable damage to that strap. The “winding” of the strap weakens the material, and we have had incidents where the strap has failed, fortunately without injuries. We are adding a stress test of the straps to the mandated semiannual maintenance checklist. The first test should be performed immediately. Follow the steps below, and for video directives, click here. Loop the end of a piece of rope large enough to step through. On the other end, secure a carabiner so that the looped end is approximately 3-4 inches from the ground. Have one or more staff members wearing sneakers stand on the rope/s so the straps are supporting the full load. Ideally, the total weight of the staff members will be approximately 200 pounds.
