We’re excited to announce that a Graduation Week is now available as an optional addition to your final week of Preschool Prep for the season! 🎓 This special themed week is a fun way to celebrate your little learners and all they’ve accomplished. Jenna joined My Gym Burlington, MA in May 2024, and her impact on the gym and the local community has been nothing short of amazing. BOI Filing Update

Below, please find an update on the BOI filing mandate. This is simply a cut and paste from our source. BOI reporting requirement canceled for most businesses (03-03-25) On Sunday, March 2, 2025, FinCEN continued with its rollercoaster guidance by announcing that it will not enforce any penalties or fines associated with the beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting rules under existing regulations. Additionally, FinCEN will not enforce any penalties or fines against U.S. citizens or domestic reporting companies or their beneficial owners. The reason for the relief is that the Department of the Treasury will propose new rulemaking that will narrow the scope of the beneficial owner reporting rules to apply to foreign reporting companies only. This means that domestic entities will not be required to file any BOI reports. At this time there is no information on what, if anything, will need to be done for domestic entities that have already filed. Omnify Launch Update

We are launching Omnify with Pasadena soon, provided everything goes according to the current plan. As you may know, this launch has taken longer than expected. The primary reason is that we are doing everything in our power to ensure there is no disruption in service as we migrate all the information from MGM to Omnify. Important ShopMyGym Update Regarding Sock Inventory

Hey everyone! We understand that there have been difficulties securing enough 4-7 and 5-9 socks for some over the past few weeks. We apologize for this inconvenience. Part of this inventory shortage is due to the timing of our warehouse move from Los Angeles to Indiana, as well as the current factory break for Chinese New Year.  Our next shipment of inventory, which is expected to arrive at our warehouse by Feb 21st, will not only replenish out of stock sizes but will also introduce brand new designs for all blue/green socks! This shipment was delayed by Chinese New Year traffic leaving China. In the meantime, we currently have 5-9 Black and Winter gripper socks that are MyGym branded but mislabeled on the interior portion of the sock-collar as Adult Small. We recommend that these socks be handed to those who may normally receive a 4-7 size.  The difference between these sizes is just 1 centimeter. 5-9 should fit 4 year olds.
