This is a gentle reminder to all franchisees regarding texting best practices. Because of the high volume of texting on our corporate account, and the warnings we have received as a group, MGE has begun sending usage alerts to our higher volume accounts each month. The Texting Guidelines and Best Practices document is linked below for review as a refresher on the best way to utilize SMS. We have also updated the Texting Templates document to make more efficient use of the character limit. DOWNLOAD Two of the simplest ways to reduce your texting volume are: Do not use the All active, eligible contacts group that is built into Text Request when sending a mass text.
