Cleaning Products Update

Have you ordered and started using Better Life? More and more gyms are ordering and reordering from Better Life, our official cleaning products partner, and we continue to hear great feedback about the products and the customer service. The products are fantastic; they are organic, nontoxic, and affordable. They clean exceptionally well, and they smell great! Better Life is committed to making this partnership a success and has made a few minor but very positive changes to the case sizes and shipping rates. The order form has been updated to reflect these changes. Gallon-sized concentrates and refills now come in a more convenient and less expensive 2-pack case rather than a 4-pack case. Shipping is now a flat $7 per case, rather than being calculated by location and order size. A special My Gym 4-pack consisting of one gallon each of the most popular products has been created. All Printing has been a longtime vendor for My Gym. We appreciate the decades of loyal customer service from Nadia Akrami-Farida and her team. It’s with a very heavy heart that we have decided to move printing vendors. This was not an easy decision, however, after analysis of All Printing and several other printers, we saw that it was the best choice for the franchise body. All Printing will continue selling the discontinued My Gym materials for the next couple of months. Select items will be sold at a discounted rate. PlayNetwork TVs

After more than 12 years of working together, MGE and PLAY Network have mutually agreed to end our relationship.  We have come to this decision for a number of reasons, the primary ones being the costs to produce and maintain the programming and the technical maintenance. With this in mind, please note that, effective March 1, 2018, PLAY will be shutting down the video content feed to all My Gym locations that have a TV and an accompanying digital player box.   What you need to know: Since the video content may be downloaded and saved to the digital player box, gyms must manually turn off both the TV and the digital player box on March 1st, 2018. The TVs were actually still owned by PLAY, however, given the task of gyms’ having to remove the TV from their lobbies (if a gym decides to do this), we have negotiated with PLAY to simply gift the TVs to gyms at no cost. We all get bombarded with multiple emails a day. This is a sample inbox of one of our clients. She will spend only seconds looking at your subject line before deciding whether to open it or delete it. How can we make our emails stand out? Follow these industry-proven Subject Line Hacks religiously: Keep it short. Under 40 characters or about 5-7 words is best. Take out anything spammy. Avoid loud punctuation, multiple exclamation points, and overtly promotional language. MORE CAPS does not equal more opens. Covering your subject line in caps WiLl NoT HeLp YoU.
