Important Update on Delinquent Enrollments EnhancementIn the last release, we updated the processes surrounding delinquent enrollments due to failed payments or expired credit cards. This was a necessary change in order for statistics to reflect an accurate enrollment number. When a payment is past due, the enrollment record will move to a new Delinquent section on the attendance roster.The total enrollment number will continue to count delinquencies for the next 4 weeks.The Statistics Overview will break out the delinquent enrollments in a separate report. Rayna Lamberti is the latest employee/director to make that jump to ownership. Not only has she dedicated the past 15 years to the families of Toluca Lake; she has also overseen the training of hundreds of owners and employees from around the world. Later this month, Rayna and her husband, Joey, will be relocating their family to Henderson, NV where they will take over as owners. While the move and transition won’t be an easy one for the Lambertis, the same can be said for Amy Eastman, owner of the Toluca Lake location.
