Expanded Preschool Prep Program- Now Available

Since our launch of the My Gym Preschool Prep Program, we have been receiving excellent positive feedback from many gyms that are successfully running the program as one of their core programs. The Preschool Prep Program has proven to be a great way to fill in some of those tricky time slots on your schedule, bring in extra and consistent revenue, and demonstrate our expertise as the leaders in child development. Originally, when the program was launched, it was age-appropriate for 2 to 5-year-olds in one program, with specific modifications for each age group. We have now expanded the programs available to you by creating a 2 to 3.5-year-old program (both 2 and 3-hour options) and a 3.5 to 5-year-old program (both 2 and 3-hour options). Exciting News! My Gym branded digital invitations will be available soon. Evite is offered at no charge to both the franchisee and party customers, hereby referred to as Party Hosts. If you previously customized the Party Confirmation Email Template in MGM, then copy and save the text outside of MGM before July 5th. To view this template (please don’t make changes now), take these steps. While logged in as the Administrator in MGM, go to Admin > Email > Email Templates, then view the Party > Party Confirmation template. When will Evite be available? Thanks to you, Anastacia can ride a bike with her sister!

My Gym Layton member, Anastacia, had to have her left foot amputated because of synovial cell sarcoma. This has limited opportunities for her to ride a bike with her family and friends. Her experience at physical therapy revealed that she can easily ride a tricycle despite the limitations of her prosthesis, and Anastacia knew that having her own trike would be the answer to her desire to ride with her friends. Minor Changes and Updates to Paperless System

We are making some minor but necessary changes to the paperless signing process. Part of these changes reinforce enrollment contracts against potential chargebacks while also making the signing process easier for the parent per some users’ requests. (Please keep in mind that, whether paper or electronic, it still won’t be ironclad.) Initials fields (on MGM and website) will be removed and replaced by one checkbox that says “I agree to the terms above.” Please continue to go over each bullet point with the parent to reiterate the terms as you normally would. Many users found the initials fields cumbersome; so, since they are not technically required (we need only the checkbox and signature), we felt it was best to remove them. Any electronic initials you have collected thus far will remain on file. During the online registration process, the emergency contact and phone will be collected and added to the family account. This was previously collected from the paper VIMA, and now it will be collected during account registration...
