As you know, the original plan was to launch Club My Gym as an added value extension of the My Gym program for preschool aged members. Our plan was to encourage participating gyms to justify and implement a price increase based in part on the added value of the Club My Gym curriculum. After our town hall meeting, MGE took the concerns raised by several franchisees to heart. We included those concerns and other data in our discussions with our marketing consultants at Plush Digital, and came away with the following adjusted proposed game plan.
